Car Hits Pole on Route 130, Power Lost in East Windsor Area
All lanes have since been reopened.
A car crashed into a pole on Route 130 northbound near the Route 133 bypass, knocking out power to more than 400 customers in the East Windsor area early Sunday afternoon, a utility company spokeswoman said.
Jersey Central Power & Light received a report of the crash from police around 11:38 a.m. and 439 customers were without power, according to JCP&L spokeswoman Maria Sessa. Power was restored to all customers by 1:52 p.m.
All lanes on Route 130 were reopened as of around 6 p.m., according to the Department of Transportation.
