The victim told police that the man came within 15 to 20 feet of her and attempted to have a conversation. He asked her to approach his vehicle and the girl told police that she declined. The car was described as a small, black 4-door vehicle.
The victim told police that the man began walking behind her for about 10 seconds, but that when she picked up her cellular phone the man walked away and stopped following her.
The suspect was described as a white man is his twenties or thirties. He was wearing a yellow shirt or jacket and glasses. The victim said that the man may have had black hair and some type of facial hair and was approximately 6 feet tall and had a thin build.

Yesterday morning, when I was walking through the parking lot into work (In East Windsor), a man pulled up and asked me if I could tell him where TD bank was - when I said I didn't know, he asked if I could look it up on my phone. When I took out my phone, he asked me if I wanted to sit down in his car while I looked up the info - I declined and told him I had to go in to work. Related? Possibly. It was also a black car. (Man was definitely in his 30's, not 20's.)

Here's a crazy thought, why don't you contact Lieutenant Richard Bernstein at 609-448-5678, ext. 242 and see what he thinks, rather than soliciting comments from the peanut gallery.
