NO WHERE.
I learned years ago that Mother's Day out for meals is usually a disaster.
Crowded, expensive, limited menus---and plenty of crying babies and kids hopped up on sugar. I prefer to celebrate out the day before---or the week after.

My family usually makes me a meal...and the mimosas taste a LOT better on my porch swing!

Mercer Street Charcoal Grill has the best food on this list. Even if you do not go on mother's day, you have to go and try it. You will not be disappointed. The ribs are tremendous. The 1/2 a chicken is unbelievable. And the pork chops are simply amazing. This place is a hidden gem. And it's right it town. Go out and discover it for yourself.

Fernando’s Grille is the BEST fine dining eatery in the Hightstown/East Windsor area. The restaurant's atmosphere is sophisticated but, at the same time, almost homey, making it a very pleasant dining experience. Everything Fernando’s offers is pure "quality”, their Mushroom Bisque is simply divine, the Chicken Francaise melts in your mouth, and the Jumbo Lump Crab cakes are worth every bite. Need I say more?
