The Silver Spoon specializes in Chinese, Japanese and American cuisine and offers a hot and cold buffet of over 100 items which includes soups, appetizers, salad bar, seafood, desserts, as well as a sushi bar and hibachi grill.
The new buffet and grill, which occupies 8,000 square feet, has a room which can accommodate 60 to 70 people for business lunches and parties, and caters for all occasions. Current hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Joanne Lee has been in the restaurant business for over thirty years, and owns another restaurant, Super Buffet and Grill, in Egg Harbor Township. The Silver Spoon Buffet is a family owned business which employs fifteen people.
Mayor Mironov stated, “We are pleased experienced restaurant operator Joanne Lee has chosen East Windsor Township to locate the Silver Spoon. The restaurant is spacious, and offers a wide variety of different items which will add to the restaurant options for our area. Towne Center Plaza is an excellent location where people will stop in and enjoy a meal while shopping at the other stores in the Center.”
