Hasn't there been enough deaths At 8A to question its design. I won't even drive near exit 8A anymore

I drive the turnpike from 8A to exit 10 and back each day. I don't really see a bad design in this area. What I do see is rude and obnoxious drivers speeding, weaving in and out of lanes without using signals, talking on their cellphones, and more bad driving habits than I have room to mention here. Considering how many people use this roadway each day, especially now in the summer, it's amazing there aren't more fatal accidents like the ones that have been reported recently. Southbound in the summer in the area of 8A into 8 is a nightmare because of the truck and car lanes merge at exit 8. It gets so bad that during the summer I use the local roads like Rt 130 and Rt 1 instead, even though it takes longer. Hopefully when the construction there is completed, maybe the traffic will ease somewhat. But all the improvements won't stop the accidents until people slow down, pay attention and use common sense while driving.
