Hightstown police are asking for volunteers to help wrap gifts collected during the annual Toys 4 Kids drive, which ends Friday.
Hundreds of gifts have been collected and will be wrapped Saturday from 1 to 4 p.m., or until the wrapping is complete, at Tavern on the Lake in Hightstown.
To volunteer, contact Sgt. Mark Niro at 609-490-5100 x525.
Friday, Dec. 16:
- No Way Out is performing from 10 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. at City Streets in East Windsor.
- The Billy Walton Band will perform at the Station Bar and Grill from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Saturday, Dec. 17:
- The Twin Rivers Branch of the Mercer County Library will host Family Bingo at 11 a.m.
- The Twin Rivers Writer’s Group will meet at the Twin Rivers Branch of the Mercer County Library from 2 to 5 p.m.
- The First Baptist Church in Hightstown welcomes volunteers to the community supper and soup kitchen from 3 to 6 p.m. Donations are accepted.
Sunday, Dec. 18:
- Kreps Middle School is collecting band instruments for their donation drive.
