DESCRIPTION:Regular meetings of the East Windsor Regional School Board of
  Education meetings are scheduled at&nbsp\; 7:30 p.m. on  the second and
  fourth Monday of each month except as a change of date  and time may be
  required.The purpose of the Regular Meetings shall be the normal conduc
