This is an independently owned Gold's Gym offering a wide variety of individual and group fitness options. Classes are available in step, cycling, zumba, tai chi, yoga, Pilates and more. Check the website for a complete class schedule. Gold's Gym also offers boxing, free weights, tanning, personal training and nutrition.
Clients can choose a unique workout experience in the Cardio Cinema Movie Room. Enjoy a movie on the large screen in 7.1 surround sound while you exercise. The Kids' Club will entertain the kids while you work out. Reservations are recommended, so please call ahead. Other amenities include locker rooms, sauna and a juice bar.
