More About Walter C. Black Elementary School
Across from the Grace Norton Rogers School, the Walter C. Black School takes on students of the same ages. The large, rectangular field out back lets students play on playground equipment and try their hands at sports. The mascot, Dale the Dolphin, sometimes splashes his way into school events.
