East Windsor Regional School District BOE Candidates Night
Here is a look at what is going on today in East Windsor, Hightstown, and Cranbury.
1. Weather: According to the National Weather Service, today will be partly sunny with a high around 70. There is a 40 percent chance of rainfall at night with the low temperature dropping to around 48.
2. Government:
- The East Windsor Zoning Board is meeting at the East Windsor Municipal Building at 8 p.m. tonight.
- The Hightstown Historic Preservation Commission is meeting at the First United Methodist Church at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
- The Cranbury Board of Recreation is meeting in the Gaurgaud Gallery at 6:30 p.m. tonight.
- The Cranbury Planning Board is meeting at Cranbury Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
3. Candidates Night: The East Windsor Regional School District Board of Education is holding a “Candidates Night” at Hightstown High School at 7 p.m. on Thursday. The incumbents are Christine Harrington and Robert Laverty. The challengers are Bertrand Fougnies and Lilia Gobaira. The moderator will be Karen Siracusa of the Lawrence League of Women Voters.
