Intent Group Moves from Cranbury to East Windsor

The Intent Group sells and distributes refurbished and new computer devices, such as laptops and tablets, throughout the United States and internationally.

Mayor Janice S. Mironov announced that Intent Group, LLC, which distributes used and new computer products, has relocated to two existing vacant buildings at 658 Etra Road.  The two buildings, which total approximately 15,000 square feet, will be utilized for office space and storage.  The site most recently had housed Sunset Hill School of Wine.  Improvements to the property include repainting the existing buildings, landscaping and restriping the existing parking lot.

Intent Group, LLC, owned and operated by President Eugene Chertkov for 13 years, is relocating from Cranbury Township to the 2.5 acre property in East Windsor.  The company, which currently has 5 employees, plans to add jobs as business expands.  Intent Group sells and distributes various refurbished and new computer devices, such as laptops and tablets, throughout the United States and internationally. The company currently has contracts with Toshiba, Hewlett-Packard, Acer and Dell.

“Intent Group is a good fit for this location and the available buildings will allow the company to make a quick transition in opening their business in East Windsor,” Mayor Mironov said. “East Windsor is delighted to be the new home for Intent Group, which is a successful high growth potential company that seeks to meet the growing need for computer related devices by users around the world.”

According to company President Eugene Chertkov, “The additional storage space and property improvements make this East Windsor site a great location which will enable us to grow our business.

“East Windsor has proven to be a great home for many types of companies and we look forward to becoming part of their business community.”
