Molly Pitcher Rest Stop in Cranbury Ranks Sixth Busiest in Northeast
Foursquare check-ins during last year's Thanksgiving travel season were used to create a list of the most-trafficked rest stops in the country.

The Molly Pitcher Service Area in Cranbury ranked as the sixth busiest rest stop in the entire northeast for Thanksgiving week, according to USA Today.
According to the report, the list was compiled by counting the volume of Foursquare check-ins at rest stops throughout the country between Nov. 20-25 2012.

In addition to the Molly Pitcher Service Area, three other NJ Turnpike rest stops were featured on the list of busiest stops in the northeast: the Thomas Edison Service Area in Woodbridge, the Vince Lombardi Service Area in Ridgefield ,and the Joyce Kilmer Service Area in East Brunswick.
The busiest rest stop in the entire northeast is the Delaware Welcome Travel Plaza in Newark, Del., according to the list.
