What's Open, Closed in East Windsor Area on MLK Day?

Here is a look at what is open and what is closed in East Windsor, Hightstown, and Cranbury on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

Today is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, a federal holiday which honors the life of the great Reverand Martin Luther King, Jr. and his significant impact in the Civil Rights Movement. 

Check out what is open and closed today. 

Government: All federal, state, and local government offices are closed today. 

Post Office: All post offices are closed today and there will be no mail delivery. 

Library: The Hickory Corner Branch Library will be open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Hightstown Library is closed today. The Cranbury Library is also closed. 

Schools: The East Windsor Regional School District is closed today, but the Cranbury School District is open today as it is an inclement weather make up day. 

Banks: Most banks are closed today. 

Businesses: Retail stores are open at the owner’s discretion. The majority of supermarkets, convenience stores, gas stations, and restaurants are open for regular business hours.
