A-Team Artists Have 'Art from the Heart' Exhibit at Gourgaud Gallery

The art reception will take place on Saturday, Feb. 1.

The Gourgaud Gallery in Cranbury is displaying a new art exhibit  entitled “Art from the Heart”  during the month of February by the “A-Team Artists of Trenton”. The exhibit will be displayed within the Gourgaud Gallery, located within Cranbury Town Hall, from Feb. 1 through Feb. 23.

The A-Team is a group of artists who regularly use the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK). The artists promote the work of TASK artists in all media, encourage one another, learn entrepreneurial skills, and  publicly support the arts, the city of Trenton and the TASK community. The A-Team was formed in February 2001 with the help of the TASK Board of Trustees, according to the A-Team website.

All of the work on display will be for sale and the proceeds will go towards the artists of the A-Team to support their works. Cash and checks made out to the Cranbury Arts Council will be accepted as payment.
