Shining Star charity ball

East Windsor Mayor Janice Mironov and Hightstown Mayor Steven Kirson will host the 19th annual Mayors' "Shining Star" Charity Ball to benefit Better Beginnings Child Development Center, which provides high-quality child care and preschool education to working poor families in the Hightstown-East Windsor community.
