Violinist Diana Tsaliovich to Perform

On Sunday, August 14th, 2011 at 5:00 p.m., Diana Tsaliovich, formerly the first violinist with the Finnish National Opera, and now a member of the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra will perform at Rimon, the
Center for Jewish Arts, Culture, and Religion in East Windsor, New Jersey.

Ms Tsalioivch, will once again delight the audience with her lively performance of classics and klezmer music.  She will be accompanied by pianist Andrew Sun, who was raised in West Windsor and performed at Carneigie Hall, Lincoln Center and the Tanglewood Festival in Lenox, Massachusetts.


The Rimon Avodat HaLev service award will be presented at the concert to Rebekah Marks Costin and Dr. Andrew Costin of Princeton for their commitment to the creation and implementation of the Rimon Teen Learning Initiative, a weekly study of Jewish text and great ideas for high school students led by Princeton University undergraduates, and for their help in spearheading an outdoor community service project for high school students, the Traveling on the Path (T.O.P) program.

Rimon, the Mordecai T. Mezrich Center for Jewish Learning, is located directly across from the historic Lee’s Turkey Farm in East Windsor, at 483 Dutch Neck Road.
