Arrowpac Acquires Former FedEx Building

The East Windsor property is located on Twin Rivers Drive.

Arrowpac, Inc. purchased a 77,000-square-foot industrial building that formerly housed FedEx, commercial real estate company Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. announced Monday. The property is located at 85 Twin Rivers Drive in East Windsor.

Arrowpac is a freight forwarder and will relocate its regional shipping operation to the property from Secaucus.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Daniel Badenhausen and Andrew Stypa represented Arrowpac in the transaction. The seller was Highstown Associates, LLC.

"Arrowpac, which is expanding rapidly, wanted to accommodate its current employee base while getting closer to Philadelphia. Staying proximate to the New Jersey Turnpike – a major artery for trucking – also was important. We identified the Exit 8 market as a perfect balance from a location standpoint," Badenhausen said in the release.

The East Windsor location met Arrowpac’s loading requirements and has potential for future growth for the company, according to the release.
