Basil's No More—Legends Grille Gets New Owner
Basil Karakatsanis has retired and turned his restaurant over to a new generation of chefs.
owner and namesake Basil Karakatsanis has retired, according the Trenton Times.
New owners John and Robin Krakowski told the Times they plan to change the restaurant's name to "Legends Grille" but keep the recipes, which they've spent time learning from the former owner. But he also told the Times "we will start introducing some new menu items," including dishes for kids.
