Update: Bottom Dollar Food Possibly Opening in East Windsor

The East Windsor location will open between 2012 and 2013, according to a Feb. 28 news release.

Bottom Dollar Food may be coming to East Windsor.

The grocery chain confirmed to Patch Tuesday they are exploring areas of expansion, and East Windsor is one of the locations they are looking at, however declined to specifically say where.

“For competitive reasons, we do not have additional details to share at this time,” said Bottom Dollar Food spokeswoman Tenisha Waldo.

However, a press release posted on the food store chain's website on Feb. 28 said the East Windsor store at Route 130 and Town Center Road is one of eight locations slated to open in 2012 and 2013.

Waldo also said they do not have an expected timeframe for a potential store opening.

Bottom Dollar Food has 31 stores in the greater Philadelphia area, and 14 stores in the Pittsburgh and Youngstown, Ohio, areas.
