East Windsor Retro Fitness Opens in Windsor Center
The new gym opened in the revitalized shopping center on Monday.
Retro Fitness officially opened in the Windsor Center in East Windsor on Monday. The gym focuses on offering high-value concepts at a low cost.
“Retro Fitness helps the community achieve their health and fitness goals at a fraction of the cost, without skimping out on the necessities for a good workout,” Bob Hahl, who co-owns the new Retro Fitness East Windsor with his daughter, Lori, said. “It’s not only about providing members a facility to help them reach their fitness goals, but creating an environment for every member, no matter their fitness level, to achieve success.”
The gym will offer a collection of top-of-the line strength equipment and cardio machines that each have individual LCD television monitors, according to Hahl. Along with great machines to help people meet their fitness goals, there will also be personal training, and live classes including spin, Zumba, aerobics, and circuit training.

In addition, members can enjoy personal training, virtual fitness classes, full-service locker rooms, the latest in tanning technology,There will also be full service locker rooms and a juice bar.
The gym will also have a RetroTheatre which will house cardio equipment such as treadmills, elliptical machines, and recumbent bikes in a stadium-like setting in front of a gigantic screen which will play movies throughout the day.

Retro Fitness East Windsor will also offer members a free mobile app that provides a variety of digital health and fitness resources. The app can track workouts, show proper fitness techniques, and offers fresh monthly educational content. The app also allows members to order a smoothie from the RetroBlends smoothie bar and schedule personal training appointments.
Retro Fitness East Windsor will be open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Membership at Retro Fitness is only $19.99 per month. The Windsor Heights Center is located at 440 Route 130 South.
