How did you get into the business?
We both worked in the health insurance industry previously and Vlad felt that he wanted to give his clients more tailored solutions for their business needs so we started the business to accomplish that.

What are you most known for?
We are known for our extensive employee benefit knowledge and insurance experience. Our clients often refer us because they know we do what is in their best interest to solve their biggest business headaches. Vlad is known for his gap-toothed smile, soccer coaching and love of Buffalo wings!

What do you do that separates you from your competition?
We pride ourselves on being more than your benefits provider. We are looking out for your business as a whole. We are a resource for our clients to help them solve all their business needs. We have an extensive network of partners that can help in many business areas, not just employee benefits.

Tells us about yourself:
Vlad and Rachelle both attended the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown (Pa.). They have two kids, Coby, who is in 8th grade at Kreps Middle School and Kyler, who is in 5th grade at Ethel McKnight Elementary. They reside in East Windsor. Vlad and Rachelle are both involved in coaching youth sports in East Windsor.

What else do you want the community to know about you?
We love being a part of this community and supporting it through organizations such as Rise and Better Beginnings. We also support East Windsor PAL. We want to be a bigger part of this community and hope that we can partner with local businesses to move them and our community forward.
