Who runs it?
Owner: George White

When did you open?
Opened in 2005 and relocated to East Windsor in 2007.

How did you get into the business?
A combination of my educational and practical experiences guided me to helping people with estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.  Additionally, my background in finance and corporate management allows me to take great pride in helping small businesses through the many legal issues they face when trying to succeed in New Jersey.

What are you most known for?
I have been told by many of my clients after our first meeting that I made them feel at ease and comfortable when dealing with some very difficult issues. On many occasions I help my clients to relieve their anxiety by sharing my personal experiences when discussing their very personal concerns. I share my personal experiences openly and not as an attorney, but as a father, husband, son and member of their community.

I also pride myself on educating my clients on what they are signing and why.  Unlike some attorneys who just point to a line on which you are to sign your name, I ensure that my clients are educated on what the documents say and why they are important to them. Before anything else, I view myself as an educator and advocate for my client's best interests.

What separates you from your competition?
I am not a general practice attorney, so I focus on doing estate and business-related legal work. Most people would not go to their family doctor to treat cancer, so I urge people when they have legal concerns relating to wills, elder law issues, death taxes or operating a small business to see someone who devotes their time and experience to making sure they know how to help.

Tells us about yourself:
My wife works with children with autism and we have two wonderful boys who are almost four and almost one at the time of this writing. We have lived in East Windsor for more than 10 years and I am a member of the Economic Development Committee.

What else do you want the community to know about you?
I do free initial consultations for people who need assistance within the areas of law that I practice. I would also be happy to do presentations or Q&A sessions regarding the areas of law that my practice focuses on for any groups or organizations interested.
