NJBIZ Business of the Year Names East Windsor Business a Finalist

Diversified Rack and Shelving was nominated by Rise.

Diversified Rack and Shelving in East Windsor is a finalist for the 2011 NJBIZ Business of the Year program in the Corporate Citizen of the Year category, according to a news release. 

Rise – A Community Service Partnership, which serves Hightstown and East Windsor, nominated Diversified Rack and Shelving for their contribution of money, services and supplies, the nomination form said.

Some of their contributions to Rise included donating over 150 gift cards last November, setting up new shelving and storage for RISE at no charge and have pledged to re-design Greater Goods Thrift Store and donate labor and shelves, the nomination form said.

Finalists will be recognized Dec. 5 at the Palace at Somerset Park in Somerset, and winners in each category will be announced, the news release said.

“The Business of the Year awards program celebrates New Jersey’s most dynamic businesses and business leaders who share a commitment to professional excellence, business growth and the community,” the news release said.
