East Windsor NJ Real Estate Market Report March 2014

Welcome to East Windsor NJ real estate market report for March 2014. Let’s take a look at  real estate activity in East Windsor NJ. During the month of March 2014 the number of active listings was down 38% from one year earlier and up 11% from the previous month.

The median listing price  for homes for sale in East Windsor was just under $320,000. The median sales price was just over $310,000.   This is a good sign of a strong market when those two numbers are close.

Compared to the same period as last year, the average number of days East Windsor NJ homes spent on the market before being sold was down 32% (80 days versus 117 days for the same period one prior).   Again, this is another clear indicator of a rel estate market recovery.

 The number of units sold decreased  57% year over year and decreased 67% month over  month. One key factor is the horrible winter weather East Windsor has experienced. Plus, there’s less # of homes on the market.
