Come learn how to build and launch a model rocket. The event is open to adults, boys and girls. Receive a model rocket kit, learn some of the science behind rockets and model rockets and launch your own rocket. The rocket launch will be at Braghelli's Field at Veteran's Park (off Kuser Road). Those with their own rockets are welcome to come to the launch without attending the class. The cost for the class (and the model rocket kit) is $20, the launch is free.
