Redistricting forum, League of Women Voters, 7 p.m., Conant Hall, Educational Testing Service, 660 Rosedale Road, Lawrence. Discussion of upcoming legislative redistricting sponsored by area League chapters, including that of East Windsor.

Wednesday, Feb. 16

Classical concert, 7 p.m., Hammarskjold School, 200 Rues Lane, East Brunswick. Anita Chen, a violinist and pianist, will perform a concert as part of the East Brunswick Public Schools’ Arts Education Concert series with the EBHS Chamber Orchestra, under the direction of Director Michael Berry. The program will include the first movement of Mozart’s “Fifth Violin Concerto” with the EBHS Chamber Orchestra. Chen will then perform some selections as a soloist, including Grieg’s “Sonata No. 2” for violin, then on piano, Brahms’ “Variation of Paganini,” and then back to violin to play Fritz Kreisler’s arrangement of Corelli’s “La Folia.”

Owl presentation, 11 a.m., East Brunswick Library. See a real owl and learn about the lives of these interesting nocturnal birds of prey. Presented by the Raptor Trust, one of the premier wild bird rehabilitation centers in the United States.

Open reading to follow feature readers. Admission is free, but a donation of a nonperishable food item is requested.
