School Board Election Moved to November

The East Windsor Regional School District Board of Education voted Monday to move the school board election to November and eliminate voter approval of the school budget, unless it exceeds the 2 percent state-mandated tax cap.

After opening a small luncheonette in the first floor of their house, Ralph and Doris Tiger needed more space, so they broke into the restaurant business. And now more than 46 years after  opened in East Windsor, and four locations later, the Tiger family decided it’s time to retire.
