Cranbury Incumbents Regain Seats on Township Committee

Mayor Glenn Johnson and Committeeman Dan Mulligan have been reelected.

Cranbury Township residents hit the polls on Tuesday to cast their vote to fill the two open seats on the Cranbury Township Committee and the incumbents have regained their seats. Democratic Mayor Glenn Johnson and Republican Committeeman Dan Mulligan ran for reelection and they were challenged by Democrat Joseph Buoavolonta and Republican Tom Connolly. Both Johnson and Mulligan have secured their positions on the committee, according to the unofficial results provided by the Middlesex County Clerk. 

The unofficial results as of Tuesday at 10 p.m. are as follows:

  • Dan Mulligan: 31.19% with 800 votes
  • Tom Connolly: 19.84% with 509 votes
  • Glenn Johnson: 25.93% with 665 votes
  • Joseph Buonavolonta: 22.96% with 589 votes
