1. Please introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about your background and why you should be elected.

I have lived in East Windsor for almost 40 years.  My children attended East Windsor schools.  My years of experience on the Twin Rivers board and town council have provided me with an understanding of budgets and how to maximize the most out of them while keeping control over spending

2. What do you think distinguishes you from other candidates? What do you bring to the table?

I have served on the council, planning board, EWMUA, many boards and commissions, as well as special board such as the RT 33 and senior center committees.  I have a very broad knowledge of how the town works and how to work with others to achieve the goals the public needs.

3. What are the most pressing issues facing the community today? How would you approach and resolve these issues?

The economic downturn is the town's major issue.  We have to find ways to pay for line items without impacting already pressed taxpayers.  By seeking and obtaining grants (the senior center was built without any township funds )and looking to share services with our neighbors.  In addition I will continue to review expenditures in a conservative  and careful way.  East Windsor is a great place to live because of this way of doing business and will remain a great place with my running mates and the Mayor and entire council continuing to work together.
