Bootcamp Classes!!

Agility Bootcamp classes are beginning. Most bootcamp
programs have a number of people stuffed into a small classroom with an
instructor that will push you until you reach their limit for you and ignored
that fact that you are doing more damage to your body since your limit was ten
minutes ago. Most instructors are not trained to spot when somebody has reached
their maximum limit and when they get pushed further they are prone to
compensate moves which leads to injuries. Our instructors get to know each member
on an individual level and are willing to work with you especially if you have
had a previous injury. Our goal is to get people moving and our classes start
early in the morning which has been found to be the most effective time to get
the most out of a workout. The classes are inexpensive and they will get your
heartbeat up with our tabata style workouts. Tabata bootcamp focuses on high
intensity circuit training. Circuits include eight 20 second workouts (pushups,
mountain climbers, burpess etc) and 10 second breaks between each workout. This
structure gets your heart rate up and raves up your metabolism for the entire
day. With tabata you can not go wrong especially for anybody with a fitness
resolution , this class is for you !!
