Kreps Gives Back with Annual Blood Drive

There are severe shortages of blood during the winter months so donations are needed.

Melvin H. Kreps Middle School is out for blood this February as their annual MH Kreps Blood Drive is set for Feb. 4. The blood drive will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. in the auditorium of the middle school.

Because of the cold weather, blood donations dip in the winter. This leads to severe shortages of blood this time of year. All school district staff, parents, and community members are encouraged to come to the drive and make a contribution as every donation can save up to three lives.

Teenagers who are 16 and 17-years-old can donate with parental consent. To fill out the Parental Consent form, click here
