Randall B. Bombard, 58, of East Windsor, the husband of Wilma (Betancourt) Bombard died Sunday, Aug. 18. Born in Manchester he was the son of Frances "Fran" (Kearns) Bombard of Willimantic and the late Clifford A. Bombard, Sr.
He was a graduate of Windham High School and had many jobs over the years including work at Pratt & Whitney and in the hotel industry as an auditor. Besides his wife and mother, he is survived by his children Patrick Michael Bombard and Anna Elizabeth Bombard of Stafford Springs, his step-children Roberto Morales and Ivy Morales; his granddaughter Joslyn Morales; his brother Clifford A. Bombard of Williamsburg, VA and his nephews Sean Patrick Bombard and Colin Joseph Bombard. Funeral service will be private and at the convenience of the family.
