East Windsor Obituary: Milagros Lopez Betancourt, 45

Milagros "Milly" Lopez Betancourt, 45, died on Wednesday, Jan. 1 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, raised in New Brunswick and has been living in the Hightstown-East Windsor area for the past several years. Milly loved to cook and her pride and joy was to take care of her sons. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church in Hightstown.

Predeceased by her mother Esperanza Concepcion Vazquez, she is survived by her father Catalino Betancourt, her loving husband, Luis Lopez, her devoted sons, Wilfredo Teron, Jr., Michael Angelo Morales, Luis Daniel Lopez, Jr. and Angel Luiz Lopez, her stepdaughter Jamilex Lopez, her dear brothers, Hector Ramos, Rene, Alexander, Steven, Elliot, Yamil and Dorian Betancourt.

Visitation will be held on Monday from 5-9pm at the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ. Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, Jan. 7 at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Interment at Franklin Memorial Park, North Brunswick, NJ.
