I feel that East Windsor has homes that are empty and could be rented out to people that needs a place to live and can't afford a big bundle of rent.I need a house that is a ranch style. I can't go up and down stairs. .
 yet I see houses in East Windsor that I could live. Yet I can't find out who owns them.
