Letter to the Editor: Larry Quattrone for Council

To the Editor,

Having served with Larry Quattrone for seven years while I was on the Hightstown Borough Council, I found him to be an understanding, hard-working councilman who found time to leave his local business to meet with town officials, fellow council members, and the mayor to address problems that require immediate attention.

Mr. Quattrone is a "hands-on" person who pitches in when needed. He served faithfully on many subcommittees that required much time and patience. Where would the annual Memorial Day Parade, a community favorite for Hightstown and East Windsor, be without his organizational skills? Mr. Quattrone also possesses institutional experience, namely the history of negotiations, proposed out-sourcing, and the inner workings of borough government. I urge my fellow Hightstonians to reelect Democrat Larry Quattrone to the Hightstown Borough Council on November 6.
