Construction Equipment Tools Stolen from Hightstown Business

Nearly $1,600 in tools were stolen from a contractor working at a Hightstown business.

A contractor doing work at the former Janet’s Weddings on Bank Street in Hightstown reported to police that various construction equipment and tools were stolen from the business last week. 

According to Hightstown Police, the stolen construction tools were valued at $1,588 and there were no signs of forced entry into the business. The burglary took place between 4:30 p.m. on June 28 and 10:36 a.m. on July 1, police said.
