Andrea E. Christo, 35, of Cranbury was indicted by a Monmouth County Grand Jury on two counts for an incident that occurred in Howell in November.
Christo faces one count of third degree uttering a forged instrument for using a forged prescription blank at the Future Pharmacy. Christo also faces one count of third degree attempted obtaining of a controlled dangerous substance by fraud for trying to get oxycodone on Nov. 25, 2012 by "forgery, deception or subterfuge."

Christopher R. Skerstad, 28, of West 3rd Street was indicted on one count of third degree theft by deception and one count of fourth degree failure to register with Division of Consumer Affairs.
According to the indictment on or about June 6, 2012 Skerstad obtained $1340 from a Wall resident. He is alleged to have attempted "offering to perform, or engaging, or attempting to engage," in making or selling home improvements without registering with the Division of Consumer Affairs according to the indictment.
