An East Windsor man has been arrested and charged with criminal sexual contact for allegedly forcibly kissing and inappropriately touching a minor.

East Windsor police were called to the minor’s home for a report of a sexual assault at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 2. According to police, Brendan Shaw, 29, arrived at the victim’s home unannounced with a number of mutual friends of the victim. Shaw also brought alcoholic beverages to the home, a police investigation revealed. When Shaw was alone with the juvenile girl he allegedly grabbed her by the waist, forcibly kissed her, and touched her in an inappropriate manner, police said.

Shaw was told to leave the home and he complied, but he returned a short while later and entered the house uninvited, according to police. Shaw reportedly forcibly kissed the girl a second time and left the home when he was asked, police said.
