East Windsor Man Charged With Sexually Assaulting Child
The victim was related to the accused, police said.
East Windsor resident Barry Eltman, 42, was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, according to police.
The child, whose age was not given, told police that he had been sexually assaulted by a family member between January and April 2013. A police investigation confirmed the victim's statements, East Windsor police said. Detective Thomas Meyer handled the investigation.
Eltman was remanded in Mercer County Jail in default of $450,000 bail.
