East Windsor Man Faces Aggravated Assault Charge Against Juvenile
A juvenile reportedly suffered an injury during a fight with Shamar Roberts, police said.
East Windsor resident Shamar Roberts, 20, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and criminal mischief for allegedly being involved in a fight on Jamestown Road, East Windsor police said.
Police were called to the area of the reported fight at around 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 17 where they learned that there was an altercation between an adult and a juvenile.
According to East Windsor police, the juvenile victim sustained a laceration to the mouth area during the fight and he was transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
Roberts was arrested, charged, and committed to Mercer County Corrections Center in default of $10,000 bail.
