East Windsor Man Faces DWI, Related Charges

The 26-year-old is arrested on Twin Rivers Drive.

Junnior Carias, 26, of Abbington Drive, East Windsor, was charged Monday with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to signal, failure to maintain lane, failure to stop at sign and uninsured vehicle.

said they stopped him at 1:59 a.m. on Twin Rivers Drive after seeing him drive erratically on Abbington Drive. Police reported smelling alcoholand said Carias’ hand movements were slow and uncoordinated and that he had bloodshot, watery eyes. He was arrested after field sobriety tests.
