East Windsor Minor Damages Property, Spits on Arresting Officer

A juvenile was arrested after allegedly damaging televisions, cars, harassing family members and threatening police.

A fourteen-year-old boy of East Windsor allegedly damaged property within a Windsor Castle Apartment, owned by a family member, and then attempted to leave the area in a vehicle at around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 25, police said.
