East Windsor Welcomes New Officer Carabelli
The former Fieldsboro Borough officer was sworn in last week.
Joseph A. Carabelli joined the last week when he was sworn in by Mayor Janice Mironov.
A large crowd of police officers and other emergency responders filled the seats in the large meeting room of the at the Township Committee's May 17 meeting. Carabelli's father, Carl, held the Bible as his son took the oath.
Carabelli, a Mercer County native, is a graduate of the Mercer County Police Academy and previously worked as an officer in the Fieldsboro Borough Police Department in Burlington County.

“Joseph, I’d like to welcome you to the East Windsor Police Department. I wish you well throughout your career,” said Chief William Spain. “I hope your career is a fraction as rewarding as my career has been here in East Windsor Township.”
