East Windsor Woman Charged with Theft of 100 Pairs of Shoes
A woman allegedly stole the shoes and sold them for a profit, police said.
An employee of a Hightstown shoe store has been charged with theft after allegedly stealing more than 100 pairs of shoes from her employer, Detective James Miller of the Hightstown Police Department said.
Marcia Kirson, 54, of East Windsor, is suspected of stealing the shoes over a one-year period and then selling the shoes for more than $5,000, according to police. The employer of the shoe store contacted the police department about the thefts.
After an investigation, Kirson was arrested on June 17, charged with theft of moveable property and was released on a summons pending court.
