UPDATED: Firefighters Battle Bus Blaze on NJ Turnpike

There are no injuries, according to police.

Firefighters were battling a blaze after a bus caught fire on the New Jersey Turnpike southbound at exit 8A.

The fire was reported around 12 p.m. and there were no injuries, according to New Jersey State Police.The bus had been removed from the turnpike and traffic was flowing normally as of 2:30 p.m.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, according to police.
