The two juveniles were seen stealing electronic devices from the store, police said.

East Windsor Police responded to a shoplifting complaint at Target on Saturday, Feb. 9. Two Hightstown juveniles were seen removing security devices from several electronic items by store personnel.

Police said they observed the two juveniles, one 17-year-old and one 14-year-old, taking several items and leaving the store via the store's security system. The 14-year-old was arrested as he left the store and the 17-year-old fled from the police officers, but was caught shortly afterwords.

I have "an inconvenient annoyance" living next door to me,,, that what the courts labeled her as, so these "poor little things" will get a slap on the hands and sent home for a time out,, that's justice.
