Hightstown Minors Allegedly Shoplift from East Windsor Target

The two juveniles were seen stealing electronic devices from the store, police said.

East Windsor Police responded to a shoplifting complaint at Target on Saturday, Feb. 9. Two Hightstown juveniles were seen removing security devices from several electronic items by store personnel.

Police said they observed the two juveniles, one 17-year-old and one 14-year-old, taking several items and leaving the store via the store's security system. The 14-year-old was arrested as he left the store and the 17-year-old fled from the police officers, but was caught shortly afterwords.

All of the stolen property, valued at $126.23 was returned to Target. The juveniles were released to family members pending court action. They were both charged with shoplifting.
