Holt, Staff Safe After Report of Capitol Hill Shooting
New Jersey Congressman took to Twitter to report his staff's safety.
Rep. Rush Holt (D-12) tweeted he and his staff were safe in Washington, D.C. following reports of shots fired at the U.S. Capitol.
"Staff and I are safe and secure. Thank you to @CapitolPolice for your diligent work to protect us," Holt's Twitter posting read.
