Police Blotter: Disorderly Conduct and Drunken Driving Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the police department of Hightstown Borough. It does not indicate a conviction.

Robbinsville Man Charged with Disorderly Conduct

David Ullrich, 41, of Robbinsville, was charged with disorderly conduct at 6:54 p.m. Aug. 3.  Police responded to a report of an intoxicated man behaving in a disruptive manner on Main Street.  Ullrich was later released to a family member with pending court action. 

East Windsor Man Receives Summons for Disorderly Conduct

Davinder Kang, 33, of Columbia Avenue, East Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct on Summit Street at 11:08 p.m. Aug. 3. 

Police had responded to a report of an intoxicated man and upon arrival found Kang who required medical attention due to his intoxicated state.  Kang was turned over to Hightstown First Aid Squad and summons complaints were mailed with pending court action.

Area Men Charged With Disorderly Conduct, Assault, Other Charges After Alleged Fight

Police responded to a report of fighting in the roadway and found Jose Valdivieso-Oliver, 21, and Leonardo Campos-Rojas, 21, with injuries consistent with a physical altercation.  Police said Campos-Rojas began to pull away from the officers, causing an officer to receive minor abrasions to his hands. 

Valdivieso-Oliver, of Livingston Drive, East Windsor, was charged with contempt of court, disorderly conduct and simple assault at 9:51 p.m. Aug. 4 on Grant Avenue. 

Campos-Rojas, of Grant Avenue, Hightstown, was charged with disorderly conduct, simple assault and resisting arrest. 

Valdivieso-Oliver was found to have a warrant issued by Robbinsville Township Municipal Court in the amount of $106, for which he posted bail.  Both subjects were released with pending court action. 

Trenton Woman Faces Speeding, Suspended Driving Charges

Tatiana Amaker, 24, of Trenton, was charged with contempt of court, unlicensed driving, suspended driving and speeding at 9:33 a.m. Aug. 5 on South Main Street.  Police said Amaker was recorded traveling 40 mph in a 25 mph speed zone and was found to be a suspended driver, unlicensed and had a $175 active warrant issued by Bordentown Municipal Court. Amaker was taken into custody and later released upon posting bail. 

East Windsor Woman Charged With Drunken Driving After Allegedly Driving Over Median

Stania Cortright, 47, of Milford Road, East Windsor, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving and careless driving at 11:53 p.m. on Aug. 6 on Stockton Street. 

While on patrol, police said Cortright was seen driving over the cement median in the center of town. She was stopped and the officer smelled alcohol on her breath. Cortright was given field sobriety tests, which she failed with a reading of 0.09 percent, and was taken into custody.   She was released to a friend with pending court action. 

Man Faces Drunken and Reckless Driving Charges

Ashar Wiseman, 22, of Sterling, Virginia, was charged with drunken driving, refusal to submit breath samples, reckless driving and careless driving at 11:18 p.m. Aug. 9 on Cranbury Station Road.

Police said he was seen pulling out of a closed business on Monmouth Street and was stopped as a suspicious vehicle.  Police said they smelled alcohol on his breath and performed field sobriety tests, which he failed. Wiseman was taken into custody and refused to provide breath samples, police said. Wiseman was released upon being sober with pending court action.
