Police File Obstruction and Other Charges

The following arrest information was supplied by the East Windsor Township and Hightstown Borough police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.

In East Windsor, Michael Ordonez and Juan Diaz, both 21 and of Hamilton, were charged May 22 with disorderly conduct, obstructing justice and public consumption of alcohol.

said they responded to a report of a fight in progress at the Town House Motel’s parking lot at 2:30 a.m. They arrived and tried to disperse a crowd, police reported, but Ordonez and Diaz became aggressive with the officers, yelling and cursing at them and refusing to leave.

Also in East Windsor, Luis Jumbo-Toledo, 24, of Windsor Commons, was charged May 21 with obstructing.

East Windsor Police said they responded to Windsor Commons at 5:46 a.m. for a noise complaint and that when they arrived, Jumbo-Toledo, one of the residents, “became agitated and continually interfered with the officers as they were attempting to speak with individuals present.” Police said he refused repeated warnings to stop interfering with police business and was then arrested.

In Hightstown, Johanna Quezada, 20, of Mercer Street, was charged May 20 with creating a false public alarm.

said they responded to the area of Maxwell Avenue at 11:21 p.m. for a report of a woman screaming for help. Police said they searched the area and didn’t find anyone in distress.

But soon afterward, police said they had to return to the area for a similar complaint and that that time, they found Quezada “in a highly intoxicated state.” She was arrested and later released to family members.
