Spate of Car Burglaries Hit East Windsor Area

All four cars burglarized were unlocked, according to police.

Police are advising residents to lock their cars after four unlocked cars were burglarized on the same night in an area of East Windsor.

When asked if the burglaries were connected, Lt. Richard Bernstein of the East Windsor police said, “It’s something we would consider based on the time and location.”

Two of the burglaries occurred on Geraldine Road between 3 p.m. on Aug. 9 to 10:25 a.m. on Aug. 10, according to police. A GPS unit and $40 in cash were stolen from the car.
